Instrument Tuition
We highly value music at Cheriton and we are always looking to expand our opportunities for children to make their own music. We love how our children are thriving in iRock sessions on 'band' instruments but we also recognise the huge benefits of learning 'traditional orchestral' instruments as well. (We have big plans for more instrumental opportunities later in the academic year- watch this space!)
Learning an instrument has been repeatedly proven to develop self-confidence, working memory, increase attention and improve overall mental health and wellbeing.
Make Time For Music are working with us at Cheriton to offer lessons on woodwind (clarinet or flute), brass (trumpet or cornet), violin or piano.
If you would like to support your child in learning one of these instruments, developing musical skills and being positively impacted in many other ways, please see the flyer below to sign up.
